OBJECTIVE:
Our Objective is to furnish you with authentic recipes that fit your
theme, and that these recipes are of a high quality, consistency, prepared
easily and cost effective.
NEW RESTAURANT:
If you are opening a new restaurant and have a theme in mind that you
believe will be the foundation of your business, we will work with you to
create all the elements that go along with with that theme, to make your
business an overwhelming success.
PRE-EXISTING RESTAURANT:
In the case of an established restaurant, that is not performing as
expected, we will make changes to many items, adding new and unique recipes
that will offer your clientele something new and different. We will also check
your food costs, pricing, labor costs etc. and offer suggestions on what to
do to rectify these problems.
OPERATION:
All restaurants are unique and different in their own way. Contrary to many
of our colleagues, we believe that competition only exists if two or more
restaurants are exactly the same. If your restaurant offers a diversified
menu with one theme, you are unique and different, even if the themes are
similar. We look at your location, parking and accessibility, rent,
utilities, food costs, labor costs and make adjustments to fit that
criteria, creating a smooth running, profitable business.
SPECIALTY:
Although our expertise is in Continental Cuisine, we can create a signature
dish that your establishment will be known and revered for.
TRAINING:
We will teach the food prep staff on the preparation of our recipes and the
presentation of same. We will collaborate with managers to select the best
route to take to make the business profitable.
SUMMARY:
Whether you are opening a full scale restaurant, a diner, a soup & salad
bar, an ice cream shop, or a hot dog or sandwich shop, you must remember
that quality, consistency and service are the most important criteria to
successful business. Although there are many other aspects to the business,
